How long does it take to make my order?
Most standard metal art ships within 7 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity. You’ll receive timeline updates at every stage.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Absolutely! We ship our powder-coated Canadian metal art to the USA, UK, Australia, and beyond. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for customs fees and duties.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are based on item size, weight, and destination, and will be shown at checkout. Free local pickup is available in Fort McMurray by appointment.

What is your return policy?
Unused, standard items may be returned within 30 days. Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts, but we provide design previews for approval before cutting. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
